Raed Issa was born in Gaza in 1975. He is the founder of the visual arts program within the Palestine Red Crescent Society and also the founder of Eltiqa, a contemporary art collective based in Gaza. He holds a degree in computer science from Al Aqsa University in Gaza.
This association implements educational, protective, health, and ecological projects for the disadvantaged, the disabled, refugees, women, children, and youth groups.
The founder of the Alpha association, Father Albert Abi Azar, lives in Beirut. Alpha, a partner of CCFD-Terre Solidaire, operates in the Land of the Cedars, but also in Syria and Iraq for humanitarian emergency missions, and as part of its literacy program.
